How much consideration do you give human factors in gauging software trustworthiness?
Software is 100% written by humans so the human factor in trustworthiness of such software is extremely high. Software design quality affects directly reliability and security but also safety and resilience of a specific software product.
But this does not only include the software design process: if a software is difficult to administer or to setup then security, safety or privacy features are probably incorrectly installed or their usage is neglected in general. Or if a software has weak user interfaces, the operation of the system may become difficult and time-consuming, leading to operation errors with endangering trustworthiness again.
